For a few years, small cons had a handful of the most off-beat and sought-after tumblers including one of Stan the Man himself. The Small Con Series (2006 – 2011)In June of 2006, the Charlotte, NC, Heroes Convention became the first small con to land a ’Toon Tumbler. The NYCC Series (2006 – 2013)An iconic Ditko Spider-Man was the first Marvel ’Toon Tumbler, appearing at the February 2006 New York Comic-Con in both clear and frosted forms.
